The Beginning - Softechinfra
Founded my first company while still in college
Fresh out of college with a burning passion for technology, I took the leap and founded Softechinfra. It started in a small room with nothing but a laptop and a dream. The early days were tough - learning not just how to code, but how to run a business, manage clients, and deliver value. The first client came through a referral from a college professor. It was a simple website project, but it taught me the importance of understanding client needs and delivering beyond expectations.

Growth & Learning
Expanded services and built a small team
The second year was about rapid learning and growth. I expanded from just websites to building web applications. This required learning new technologies - React, Node.js, databases. Countless nights were spent learning and building. By 2018, Softechinfra had grown enough to hire our first team members. Managing people was a completely different challenge from managing code, but it was essential for growth.

First Enterprise Client - Reliance
Landed a project with one of India's largest companies
This was a defining moment. Reliance Digital needed a custom CRM system, and through a series of referrals and pitches, we landed the project. The scale was unlike anything we had done before - handling 10,000+ daily transactions, integrating with multiple systems. The pressure was immense, but so was the growth. This project taught me how to build enterprise-grade software, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver under pressure.

Launching Qualifier

The pandemic changed everything. As the world went online, I saw an opportunity to help students preparing for competitive exams. Qualifier was born - a comprehensive exam preparation platform with AI-powered question generation. Building a product from scratch, as opposed to client projects, was a different beast. It required thinking about users, retention, marketing - skills that were new to me but essential for a product company.

Joining TCS
Gained enterprise experience at a global IT company
After running my own company for years, I wanted to learn how large enterprises operate. Joining Tata Consultancy Services gave me exposure to processes, methodologies, and challenges at a scale I hadn't experienced before. Working with global clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions within large team structures added new dimensions to my capabilities.

Combining my AI experience with the desire to help people improve their English speaking skills, TalkDrill was born. It's a platform where users can practice English with AI tutors through voice conversations. This project brought together everything I had learned - product thinking, AI integration, user experience design, and building for scale. Within months, TalkDrill had thousands of active users.
